Access
We aim to care for all patients whatever their needs; however we have to work within the confines of our building. Our practice is a Victorian detached building and although the inside is purpose built with state of the art equipment it is still a very old building.
We are able to care for most people in wheelchairs though the drive is fairly steep and the entrance is narrow.
We have a ramp to the front door of the practice. All our treatment rooms are on the ground floor and we have an accessible washroom.
We can offer on site parking to patients with severe mobility problems though spaces are very limited so on site parking needs to be arranged in advance with Reception.
We extend a warm welcome to patients with guide dogs. We also have a induction loop system at reception.

We are a caring practice and we take all complaints very seriously and aim to ensure that all our patients are pleased with the quality of our service. We welcome all feedback from our patients and will ensure that any complaints are dealt with and resolved courteously and promptly.
